Professor Manoel de Oliveira Franco Sobrinho,
exercising law since 1936, founded his first law
society with Manoel Antonio de Oliveira Franco in
January 1973, which following various associations
is today known as Oliveira Franco, Ribeiro,
Küster, Rosa - Advogados Associados,
with constitutive acts archived in the Brazilian
Bar Association Parana Section under number 32,
page 15 of Book "A" and page 100 and 103
of Book "B", on 17 August, 1983.
Our founder, professor Manoel de Oliveira
Franco Sobrinho, was born in Curitiba
on 11/01/1916 and died on 17/07/2002, was a Lawyer,
Magistrate, Journalist, University Professor,
Law Faculty Director at UFPR, Federal Deputy,
State Secretary, State Attorney, Regional Attorney
for Electoral Justice, President of Quasi-Governmental
Agencies, Brazilian Representative in UN and UNESCO,
Member of the Academy of Paranaense Literature,
Honorary Member of the Brazilian Juridical Literature
Academy, Member of the Academy of Paranaense Juridical
Literature, President of the Brazilian Institute
of Administrative Law, President of the Paranaense
Institute of Administrative Law and noted for
the many legal publications that he published.
